Description
The employer is seeking a Construction Estimator / Quantity Surveyor for a general construction company in the Herve region. The role involves analyzing tender files, specifications, and plans; performing quantity takeoffs and surveys; obtaining supplier and subcontractor price proposals; calculating costs; preparing detailed estimates; proposing technical and economic alternatives; and forwarding complete files to site managers. The position requires a construction degree or equivalent hands-on experience, 2–5 years of similar experience, proficiency with plans and computer tools, and excellent French.
