Vivaldis Office is seeking an Estimator for a client in Hasselt working on large-scale and complex construction projects. The role involves analyzing specifications, plans, and bills of quantities; preparing accurate estimates; assessing technical and commercial feasibility; negotiating subcontractor and supplier prices; optimizing bids; and supporting project handover and post-calculation. The position requires a Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience, experience in class 7 or 8, strong numerical and analytical skills, market knowledge, and proficiency with Excel, estimating software, and ERP systems.
