The Estimator will prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates, bills of quantities, measurement take-offs, and tender submission documents for construction projects. The role involves analysing drawings and specifications, evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations, maintaining estimating records and precedent data, supporting risk management, and collaborating with design, commercial, site, and client stakeholders. Candidates need construction estimating experience, numerical ability, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of construction methods, plant, materials, and subcontract procurement routes.
