Description
The employer is seeking a Junior Estimator for construction site development. The role supports cost estimating for earthwork, utilities, grading, and paving; reviews plans, specifications, and bid documents; performs quantity takeoffs; obtains and analyzes subcontractor and supplier quotes; assists with bid preparation; maintains cost databases; and participates in site visits and pre-bid meetings. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with 0–2 years of estimating or construction experience, strong analytical skills, Microsoft Excel proficiency, and familiarity with estimating software.
