Description
The Senior Construction Estimator leads the preparation of complete construction estimates and proposals under the Chief Estimator. The role reviews construction plans and specifications, projects costs, solicits vendor and subcontractor bids, visits project sites, supports project buyouts and design-build proposals, and uses advanced estimating software. It requires a construction management, business management, or civil engineering degree, more than five years of experience estimating projects exceeding $5 million, and familiarity with Microsoft Office, HCSS Heavy Bid Software, and Bluebeam Revu Software.
