Description
The Senior Estimator will calculate and substantiate framework and maintenance contracts for industrial sites, prepare competitive quotations for complex renovation projects, study technical plans, investigate pricing, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support the Manager. The role reports to the commercial director and requires at least three years of experience in renovation or new-build projects, along with estimating software proficiency and knowledge of construction techniques.
