Roof Technology Partners is hiring a Commercial Roofing Estimator based in Birmingham to produce accurate, competitive, and profitable estimates for commercial roofing projects across Texas, Georgia, Alabama, and other markets. The role covers material takeoffs, subcontractor and supplier quoting, bid preparation, cost and profit analysis, competitor monitoring, customer and vendor relations, and continuous improvement of estimating methods. Candidates must have at least two years of commercial roofing estimating experience, proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel, strong math and calculation skills, and a valid driver’s license.
