Description
ServiceMaster CDR is hiring a Write/Run Construction Estimator to create Xactimate estimates, conduct onsite inspections, manage restoration projects from estimation through completion, coordinate subcontractors and insurance adjusters, prepare change orders and invoices, and ensure permits and compliance. The role requires Xactimate estimating experience, at least three years of construction project management experience, at least two years of restoration industry experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work onsite in varied conditions.
