The Estimator / Construction Estimator will prepare cost estimates, quotations, tender reviews, quantity and cost assessments, supplier requests, and subcontractor offers for single- and multi-family homes, residential, and commercial projects. The role collaborates with project management, engineering, and other teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and requires construction or commercial training, relevant experience, ERP proficiency, strong Excel and CAD skills, knowledge of relevant legislation, and an independent, structured working style.
