Description
The Estimator prepares cost calculations and competitive quotations for custom prefabricated concrete structures across infrastructure projects. The role analyzes tender dossiers, technical specifications, bills of quantities, and project requirements; calculates concrete, reinforcement, formwork, transport, and assembly quantities; processes supplier prices; identifies risks and cost-efficient solutions; and follows up on quotations and tenders. The position requires a technical education or equivalent experience, strong technical and spatial insight, analytical and structured work, Excel and numerical-analysis skills, commercial cost-calculation ability, independent dossier analysis, effective communication, and Dutch and French proficiency. Experience in construction, infrastructure, prefabrication, or concrete structures is advantageous.
