Description
Strescon Limited is seeking an Estimator for its Saint John office to support precast and prestressed concrete operations in Saint John and Bedford. The role reviews bid documents and drawings, prepares bid submissions, coordinates with subcontractors and vendors, produces material take-offs and cost estimates, and collaborates with sales, management, departments, and plant operations to meet deadlines and optimize production. Candidates should have civil engineering, engineering technology, construction technology, architectural, or estimating education or experience; be able to interpret drawings; use Microsoft Office, Excel, and potentially Tekla; perform metric-to-imperial conversions; and demonstrate attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and pressure management.
