Description
The Estimator – Data Center Operations prepares, analyzes, and develops cost estimates, bills of materials, labor projections, take-offs, and change-order analyses for data center infrastructure projects. The role collaborates with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and vendors; supports bid preparation and site visits; and maintains cost and vendor databases. It requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related technical field, plus 3–5 years of relevant experience, along with knowledge of Division 27 ISP environments and data center systems, and proficiency in Excel, Bluebeam, and estimating software.
