Description
The Estimator independently processes building-project tender invitations across Germany, prepares structural offers for public-sector and private clients, develops technical special proposals and site-setup and schedule-planning concepts, prepares bills of quantities, determines quantities digitally, and creates PowerPoint presentations. A civil engineering, architecture, or building-technician degree or equivalent training, plus professional experience as an Estimator or site/construction manager, is required; knowledge of 3D-based estimating or BIM planning is advantageous, along with travel flexibility, responsibility, organization, discretion, resilience, teamwork, and analytical ability.
