Description
Van Dam Groep is hiring an Estimator/Designer for its planning and preparation department. The role develops designs and prices, creates technical designs, calculates materials and resources, requests quotations, and determines the final cost of building services engineering and plumbing work. The position requires MBO level 4 ability, practical and analytical skills, and work experience in building services engineering; a completed qualification in building services or mechanical engineering is preferred. It is a 32–40-hour contract with a one-year term and the prospect of a permanent contract, including training, vacation days, and career advancement opportunities.
