Description
Valard Construction is hiring an Estimator for its Distribution group to develop electrical power distribution construction estimates, perform quantity take-offs and pricing, validate outsourced estimates, prepare bid deliverables, and support competitive tender packages. The role reports to the Lead Estimator and may be based in Ontario, including Vaughan, Hanover, or Timmins. Candidates should have utility construction experience, estimating exposure, relevant electrical education or journeyman/powerline experience, knowledge of estimating software and construction documents, and the ability to develop project schedules. The position offers a base salary of $90,000 to $130,000 annually and includes a 5% RRSP matching program.
