AMPAM is hiring an Electrical Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for multi-family new construction projects. The role involves reviewing electrical plans and specifications, taking off electrical systems, developing material, labor, equipment, subcontractor, and overhead estimates, managing bid proposals, evaluating quotations, coordinating with project and engineering teams, and maintaining historical cost and vendor data. Candidates need at least two years of electrical or construction estimating experience, knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes, and proficiency with estimating software and related tools.
