Description
IB Abel is hiring a full-time Electrical Estimator for its Substation Services division. The role analyzes blueprints, specifications, quotes, and other documentation; performs material take-offs; obtains and evaluates vendor and subcontractor quotes; prepares bid submissions; reviews contracts and scopes; supports pre-construction planning; and collaborates with project teams. Candidates need at least five years of related experience in electric construction, estimating knowledge of the electrical industry, and proficiency with MS Office and Accubid Estimating Software. The position is based locally to Pennsylvania with occasional travel and offers medical, dental, and vision benefits.
