Description
The Estimator I and Estimator II are developmental preconstruction roles supporting single large projects or multiple smaller projects. Responsibilities include quantity takeoffs, project logistics pricing, trade-bid evaluation, indirect-cost development, subcontract and purchase-order drafting, document control, hard-bid pricing, conceptual estimating, and budget and purchasing-plan development. Estimator I requires 1–3 years of experience and Estimator II requires 2–5 years; both require a four-year engineering degree or equivalent technical training and related experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and willingness to obtain LEED accreditation.
