Description
Corvant is hiring an Estimator II to prepare comprehensive cost estimates and bid proposals for HVAC and plumbing systems in commercial construction projects. The role involves analyzing project requirements, material and labor takeoffs, subcontractor bids, vendor pricing, project risks, schedules, and historical cost data, while collaborating with sales, designers, contractors, clients, and subcontractors. The position requires 3–5+ years of mechanical contracting estimating experience, a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of mechanical systems and construction methods, estimating software proficiency, and willingness to travel.
