Description
HDR is hiring an Estimator II to develop and review capital, construction, and service cost estimates for waste, power, and industrial projects. The role involves crew-based estimating, quantity takeoffs from design drawings, cost and pricing analysis, estimate database management, basis-and-assumptions documentation, project scheduling, and cost-risk assessment. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or construction science engineering (or equivalent experience), at least five years of competitive estimating experience, EPC and lump-sum design-build estimating knowledge, proficiency with Primavera and Timberline, and familiarity with estimating software, electrical construction, and scheduling tools. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
