Description
Rosendin is hiring an Estimator II, a mid-level professional who prepares bid documents and cost estimates for small- to medium-sized electrical construction projects. The role reviews plans and specifications, performs electrical cost takeoffs, solicits and evaluates supplier and subcontractor quotes, develops labor and installation costs, prepares bid scopes and supporting documentation, presents estimates to leadership, and supports project turnover. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience, at least three years estimating commercial construction projects, and proficiency in Accubid, Microsoft Office, and preferably CAD or 3D software.
