Superior Skilled Trades is hiring an Estimator II to develop accurate construction estimates from preliminary stages through final bid. The role prepares material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor estimates; reviews project documents; performs quantity takeoffs; identifies risks and prepares RFIs; evaluates vendor and subcontractor quotes; develops scopes, budgets, estimates, and bid packages; communicates pricing assumptions; coordinates with project management, engineering, procurement, and subcontractors; and completes estimate handoffs to operations.
