Description
The Estimator in Training works with an Estimator to diagnose vehicle damage, prepare accurate and profitable collision repair estimates, communicate with customers, coordinate with repair technicians and insurance partners, and support sales and production activities. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior customer service experience, and completion of 16 I-CAR units within the first 12 months; related work experience and photo-imaging software experience are preferred. Compensation is $16–$23 per hour, with possible bonus opportunities.
