The role involves quantity take-offs, rate build-ups, supplier and subcontractor quotations, site assessments, risk and commercial analysis, tender coordination, clarifications, value engineering, and cost-database maintenance. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, at least five years of UAE infrastructure estimation experience, mandatory Candy Estimation Software experience, independent tender-estimating experience, and strong Excel, drawing-interpretation, analytical, and commercial skills.
