The role prepares commercially viable bids, consolidates trade estimates, evaluates construction concepts and plans, conducts supplier and subcontractor market research, and participates in estimating discussions and bidder meetings. Candidates need a relevant degree or equivalent training, 3–5 years of comparable experience, bid-preparation experience, and knowledge of MS Office and RIB ITWO.
