The role prepares commercial offers and project estimates from building descriptions and Bills of Quantities, consolidates trade estimates, evaluates building concepts and technical alternatives, conducts supplier and subcontractor market enquiries, and participates in estimation and bid meetings. Candidates need a relevant degree, 3–5 years of comparable experience, civil or structural construction estimating experience, and knowledge of MS Office and RIB ITWO.
