Description
The Estimator will support ISKA Infrastruktur GmbH’s civil engineering, sewer construction, cable trench construction, and pipeline construction projects in Holzkirchen. Responsibilities include analyzing tender documents, calculating bid costs, preparing quantity checks, cost estimates, supplementary offers, bills of quantities, contract quotations, and change-order quotations, while maintaining estimating components and collaborating with technical departments. The role requires civil engineering training or an equivalent qualification, several years of professional experience, knowledge of invoicing and estimating software such as BRZ, familiarity with pricing and performance approaches, experience with local subcontractors and suppliers, and basic knowledge of construction contracts.
