Paint Pros MA is hiring a Project Estimator to conduct in-person estimates for residential and commercial painting and drywall projects, assess project scope and costs, close deals, manage appointments and travel, perform outbound sales, educate customers, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with operations. The role requires sales or estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, full-time availability, strong communication and closing skills, and familiarity with CRM and digital estimating tools. Compensation is listed as $50,000–$150,000 per year, with an on-target earning of $120,000+ through base salary and commission.
