Description
The Estimator/Project Manager oversees estimating, bidding, scoping, pricing, project delivery, customer relationships, billing, schedules, and project closeout for residential and commercial construction and pipeline services. The role also manages project teams, staffing, safety documentation, training, performance, and strategic planning, with significant travel and frequent job-site visits. It requires a bachelor’s degree, extensive pipeline-services and project-management experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work primarily in an office with remote and on-site components.
