Description
The Estimator Project Manager prepares and follows up on skylight and smoke-vent projects from pricing inquiries through quotations, orders, supplier requests, and technical execution plans. The role involves analyzing technical plans, responding to customers by phone and email, maintaining customer and supplier relationships, and occasionally visiting worksites for measurements. It requires a construction-technical diploma or relevant experience, prior estimator, work-planner, or comparable experience, commercial skills, fluent Dutch, and optionally AutoCAD and aluminum joinery experience. The position is full-time at 39.5 hours per week and includes leave, insurance, meal vouchers, and a company car.
