Description
Marek is hiring an Estimator-Project Manager to sell, estimate, and manage commercial construction projects from business development and bidding through project delivery and closeout. The role develops customer and partner relationships, evaluates project scope and costs, coordinates pre-job planning, manages budgets, schedules, labor, materials, subcontractors, billing, safety, quality, change orders, and customer satisfaction. It requires at least three years of progressive construction-industry experience, strong estimating and project management knowledge, and familiarity with construction software such as TrueBuilt, Quick Bid, On-Screen Take-Off, Bluebeam, Autodesk, and Procore.
