Description
The Construction Estimator / Quantity Surveyor will review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contractual requirements; prepare detailed cost estimates, rate build-ups, tender pricing, commercial proposals, clarifications, qualifications, exclusions, and assumptions; and handle post-award activities such as valuations, payment applications, variations, and final accounts. The role requires strong knowledge of the Qatar construction market, proficiency in MS Excel estimation or QS software such as Candy/CCS, and the ability to manage multiple tenders, projects, and deadlines. The minimum qualification is 10 years of construction estimation or quantity surveying experience, preferably 5+ years in the GCC or Qatar, plus a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
