Description
The Senior Estimator operates with minimal oversight on preconstruction teams and serves as the principal contact with design teams and owners. The role covers quantity takeoff, pricing for mechanical and electrical scopes, conceptual estimates, budget uploads, purchasing plans, subcontracts, purchase orders, general conditions, project logistics, hard-bid pursuits, constructability reviews, indirect-cost application, operations coordination, and design-team cost feedback. The position requires a four-year engineering degree or equivalent technical training and experience, at least ten years of estimating experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment.
