The role involves reviewing tender documents, preparing cost estimates, quantities, bills of quantities, alternative proposals, and complete bid documentation; handing over estimates to the project team; and collaborating with customers, planners, and partners during bidding and project execution. Candidates need a relevant construction qualification and several years of professional experience, along with MS Office and industry software proficiency, strong organizational and negotiation skills, and technical and commercial project understanding.
