Köster is hiring an Estimator for structural shell projects. The role covers bid processing, quantity and cost estimation, tender review, BIM and Revit-based three-dimensional estimating models, cost optimization proposals, bid comparison, award negotiations, and estimating database maintenance. Candidates need a civil engineering or architecture degree or comparable training, relevant estimating or turnkey construction project experience, strong IT skills, and familiarity with measurement and estimating software such as Bluebeam and RIB iTWO.
