Description
The Estimator/Work Planner will support the pre-contract phase of civil engineering projects by preparing cost estimates and quotations, performing cost-price calculations, monitoring budgets, studying specifications and drawings, creating work schedules, ordering materials, coordinating personnel, and maintaining contact with suppliers and stakeholders. The role requires a completed MBO/HBO qualification in Civil Engineering or a similar field, demonstrable experience in an Estimator or similar role, analytical and solution-oriented skills, and excellent spoken and written Dutch. It is based in the North Holland region, offers a 40-hour workweek, and provides a starting salary of €3,200 to €3,600 plus additional benefits.
