Description
KLA is hiring a Plasma Etch Process Engineer to develop and demonstrate plasma etch processes, process customer wafers, troubleshoot and analyze results, prepare technical reports, support patent and intellectual-property submissions, and provide field and customer technical support. The role requires semiconductor process engineering experience, metrology and endpoint-detection knowledge, and may involve domestic and international travel and occasional shift work. A relevant master's or bachelor's degree plus industrial experience is required.
