Description
The role manages a cost-effective trench-etch wafer fabrication process by providing engineering support to the production line, owning process issues, analyzing real-time manufacturing problems, maintaining process flow and quality, supporting cross-functional operations, training engineers, and establishing process recipes and control systems. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline and approximately two years of trench-etch process experience, including profile control and process stability.
