Lam Research is hiring a Process Engineer to develop and evaluate etch and deposition processes for semiconductor capital equipment. The role includes process research, equipment and software coordination, data analysis, customer demonstrations, tool qualification, and technology adoption. It also includes leading junior and senior process engineers, managing customer accounts, and supporting revenue-critical etch applications. The position requires a Ph.D. with 5+ years, an M.S. with 8+ years, or a B.S. with 10+ years of relevant experience, and offers On-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid work models.
