The role supervises compliance analysts, optimizes workflow operations, supports metrics and analytics, manages compliance training and external vendors, maintains compliance documentation, and serves as a liaison for employee compliance questions. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant experience including management, and strong compliance, analytical, writing, communication, and operational skills.
