Description
The Engineering Project Lead serves as the technical representative for assigned projects and proposals, leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinating clients, vendors, and third parties. The role covers technical requirements analysis, engineering documentation and cost estimation, bid and proposal support, project execution, schedule and forecast management, compliance with engineering change and safety processes, technical approvals, and subcontracted work. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 10 years of industry experience in production facilities or process package engineering, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with industry standards and safety studies.
