Norgine is hiring an EU Regional Training Lead (Vertriebstrainer/in) to develop and implement regional training and competency-development strategies across multiple European markets. The role focuses on commercial excellence, customer orientation, leadership, and the implementation of ICE, KAM, and Omnichannel Excellence frameworks, while collaborating with commercial leaders, developing field-force training programs, and using coaching, performance analysis, and competency assessments to improve training effectiveness. The position requires a university degree or equivalent qualification, pharmaceutical commercial experience, proven sales-training or field-coaching experience, strong English and preferably French, and expertise in LMS, CRM/CLM, and data-driven competency development.
