Kepak is seeking an EU Retail Development Manager to lead the development and execution of its European retail growth strategy. The role involves identifying and securing new direct-to-retail opportunities, growing existing customer accounts, negotiating commercial terms, managing tenders and contracts, developing retail operating models, and leading cross-functional initiatives.
