The position leads continuous improvement, data-driven performance analysis, Lean transformation, Kaizen initiatives, and deployment of EU network initiatives at a fulfillment center. It also involves Gemba walks, robotics and process innovation, stakeholder collaboration, and coordination with site leadership and European colleagues. Candidates need operational or team-management experience, fluent English, and proficiency in a fulfillment process path; cross-functional project leadership, senior-stakeholder influence, a bachelor's degree, Lean Yellow Belt certification, and regional SSME experience are preferred.
