Sitemate is hiring a European General Manager to lead and scale its 20-person go-to-market team across sales development, account executives, account managers, and customer success. The role owns funnel conversion, customer success, coaching, GTM processes, hiring, forecasting, and performance optimisation across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments. It is a hands-on leadership position with a London office and flexible work, offering a base salary of £100,000–£130,000 and OTE of £150,000–£200,000.
