Description
Micron Technology is hiring a Lithography Pathfinding Process Development Engineer to evaluate and develop advanced semiconductor patterning technologies, including 193nm immersion, EUV, and High NA EUV. The role involves optimizing lithography processes, collaborating with process integration, manufacturing, defect inspection, and mask engineering teams, developing inspection and defect-reduction strategies, and supporting the transition from pathfinding to manufacturing. The position requires an M.S. or Ph.D. in a relevant field with 3+ years of semiconductor industry experience, or a B.S. with 10+ years of semiconductor process experience focused on photolithography, along with EUV and photolithography knowledge. Preferred qualifications include High NA EUV experience, photolithography simulation software, statistical analysis, DOE, data analysis, and AI-assisted analytics. The role includes approximately one monthly travel trip to support High NA EUV development.
