Description
The Automotive Training Specialist will develop and deliver technical training for client teams and channel partners, including hands-on vehicle demonstrations, practical exercises, assessment, and evaluation. The role owns the ADDIE training process, maintains training records, collaborates with stakeholders, and ensures compliance and safety. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, automotive diagnostic and vehicle-parts experience, training-delivery and content-development skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication, and four years of automotive-industry experience, including OEM or service-centre diagnostic experience and electric-vehicle exposure.
