Therapitas is hiring an Evaluating Pediatric Occupational Therapist for a flexible part-time 1099 role in Oklahoma City. The position focuses exclusively on occupational therapy evaluations, with no treatment sessions, and includes documentation, COTA supervision, and EMR work. Candidates need an occupational therapy degree, an Oklahoma OT license or eligibility, Form 5 availability for COTA supervision, and experience conducting occupational therapy evaluations; outpatient pediatric experience is preferred. Compensation is $150 per evaluation plus a flat weekly COTA supervision rider, with a sample package of up to $26,000 per year.
