Richland Library is hiring a full-time Evaluation and Impact Manager to design and manage evaluations of library services, programs, projects, and grant initiatives. The role conducts stakeholder engagement, program definition, evaluation design, data collection, quantitative and qualitative analysis, reporting, and recommendations for leadership, while also building evaluation capacity across the organization. The position is based at the library’s main location in Columbia, South Carolina, requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline plus three years of related experience or an equivalent combination, and pays $68,000–$82,000 plus benefits.
