Bell Flavors & Fragrances is hiring a Fragrance Evaluation Manager in Northbrook, Illinois, to partner with perfumers, evaluate and select consumer-facing fragrances, translate trends and consumer insights into fragrance concepts, lead projects from concept through customer presentation, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Consumer Science, Regulatory, and Creative teams. The role requires 2–5 years of fragrance evaluation or development experience, strong olfactive assessment ability, project management skills, and strong communication; a bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field is preferred. The salary range is $62,500–$100,000, with actual starting pay based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
